• Video Metadata: Titles and descriptions of your videos to scan for links.
• Authentication Data: We use OAuth 2.0 to access your account. We store your access and refresh tokens securely to provide recurring monitoring services.

3. How We Use Your Data

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Link Auditing: To identify broken, expired, or non-functional links in your video descriptions.
• Auto-Fix Feature: To update your video descriptions with corrected links upon your explicit request.
• Monitoring: To provide ongoing alerts if new links break in your evergreen content.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or YouTube content with third parties.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your YouTube tokens and scan history as long as your account is active. You can revoke FetchUp's access at any time via your Google Security Settings. Upon request, we will delete all data associated with your account from our servers within 30 days.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your tokens and data. Access to YouTube API data is restricted to the core functional logic of the FetchUp application.
